(Elective Course) This course reviews the process of workforce planning. It teaches the student how to analyze internal and external drivers to determine staffing projections within the practice. This course defines and differentiates a job description and a job analysis and the usefulness of each, as well as the development of an organizational plan and organizational chart for the practice. It reviews regulatory issues that need to be addressed on a day to day basis.
