Christopher "Kit" Crancer
As the Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Radiologist Partnerships, Christopher “Kit” Crancer is responsible for leading policy strategies at the national and state levels that enhance RAYUS’s commitment to providing quality care and services to patients and clinicians. He joined RAYUS in 2015 following a decade of state legislative policy work and has since developed extensive policy knowledge in the imaging industry. He’s been instrumental in lobbying for countless pieces of health care legislation that allow providers to continue delivering high-quality imaging services across the country. Kit also serves on the board of the RBMA and as Executive Director of the RAYUS Quality Institute.

Shannon N. Wilson, FRBMA
Shannon Wilson is the Associate Director of Professional Billing Radiology and Radiation Oncology at Mass General Brigham. Prior to joining the MGB team she was the Practice Manager for a large radiology practice in the San Francisco Bay Area where she was tasked to evaluate and supervise the physician credentialing, scheduling, prior authorization, and marketing teams. While there, she helped develop the recruitment, training and onboarding strategy for the group’s newly developed internal overnight division, which spanned five states from Hawaii to the East Coast. Shannon has been an active member and volunteer of RBMA for the past 12 years. She has been a board member for 5 years, has led the Marketing sub-committee and the Programs committee, and has served on multiple other committees during her tenure with RBMA. Shannon was the recipient of the Young Professionals Award at the RBMA annual meeting, PaRADigm, in 2021. Shannon currently resides in California, and is preparing to make a move across the country to New England with her husband Josh, son James, and two dogs Burt Reynolds and Gary Busey.

Pete Moffatt
Pete Moffatt is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for ADVOCATE RCM. He has worked with prospective and existing clients throughout the United States since 2012. At that time, Pete began his active involvement within the RBMA through the NE Chapter. Since then, he has been actively involved with multiple chapters across the country, been a featured speaker on marketing topics at RBMA SPARK, served on the NE Chapter programs committee and currently sits as Treasurer on the NE Chapter Board. Pete resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and 3 sons and enjoys staying active through various outdoor activities.

Stacy Sanso, FRBMA

Stacy Sanso is the Director of OIC Collections at ARA Diagnostic Imaging where she has worked for over 19 years in Outpatient Radiology. She has worked in the front lines of patient care with a focus in point of service collections while creating outstanding patient experiences. Stacy brings 15 of Radiology Leadership to RBMA. She has been an active RBMA member for the past six years volunteering on multiple committees including most recently the DEI Task Force and the Advance Education Subcommittee. She has also served on the RBMA Board as a Director at Large for the last 2 years after serving on the RBMA Texas Chapter Board for four years, including a two-year term as the Chapter President.

C. Chad Wiggins, MHSA, LNHA
C. Chad Wiggins, MHSA, LNHA, is a Senior Vice President at Envision Healthcare. Chad brings twenty-one years of experience in the medical management field to the longest standing radiology group in the Charleston area. He graduated from Marshall University in West Virginia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993. He graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio with a Masters in Health Services Administration (MHSA). Prior to his current position, Chad was CEO of Jewett Orthopaedic Clinic located in Winter Park, Florida and CEO of Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky. He is an active member of numerous local and national healthcare administration related organizations. Chad enjoys golf and football, and resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife.

Barbara Perez Deppman, RDMS, MSM, FACHE, FRBMA
Barbara Perez Deppman has a number of years of progressive leadership experience in imaging services since she launched her career as a registered technologist both in radiology and ultrasonography. Her background includes hospital, ambulatory, consulting, and physician practice leadership experience. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Radiology and previously was the Executive Director of Radiology Associates of South Florida (RASF), a multi-specialty group comprised of Diagnostic and Miami Cardiac Vascular Institute Interventionalists and Neuro-Interventionalists, and Miami Vascular Surgeons. She has been chair of the RBMA Advanced Education Subcommittee in addition to serving on other committees. She has published numerous articles for the Radiology Business Journal and the RBMA Bulletin.
Jamie Dyer
Jamie is the Chief Outpatient Operations Officer for Central Oregon Radiology. Prior to landing in Central Oregon, Jamie started her radiology career at San Diego Imaging. She has 18 years’ experience working with physician owned radiology groups and their joint-venture imaging center. Preceding outpatient operations, Jamie managed human resources, healthcare compliance, payer contracting and revenue cycle. She is a member of the Oregon Chapter of RBMA and on the Young Professionals Subcommittee. Jamie earned her MBA from San Diego State University in 2009. She enjoys reading, hiking and running.
Steve Kahn
Steve Kahn is the General Partner of pHY Consultants and has more than 25 years of experience in organizational and business development. Steve has extensive experience in strategic planning and financial management. Steve’s focus has been building collaborative relationships with providers, payers, hospitals, and vendors while implementing initiatives to drive organizational efficiency. Steve currently serves on the RBMA Finance Committee and has been assisting the Payer Relations Committee. Steve enjoys outdoor activities, especially golf.
Kevin McDermott
In his role as Vice President of Provider Networks and Performance for AIM Specialty Health, Kevin provides overall management and coordination of AIM’s enterprise provider networks nationally, including contracting, credentialing, provider relations and provider data management. Kevin joined AIM in 2004. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the managed care and healthcare industry. His expertise lies with knowledge of product development and management, consumer engagement, payer systems, payer operations, benefit administration. EMR workflow integration, and provider networks. Previous roles included stints at Ernst & Young, United Healthcare, and University of Michigan Medical Center.Kevin earned his Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
Donald Miller, CSPPM
Don Miller serves as Chief Reimbursement Officer of Inland Imaging. Don comes to Inland Imaging Business Associates from Community Medical Center in Missoula, Montana where he’s served as Director of Revenue Cycle Operations since 2007. There, he was directly responsible for the operations of patient accounts, patient access, telecommunications, physician billing, chargemaster analysis, pre-certification and payer contracting, while managing a staff of more than 75 employees. Previously, he was Director of Patient Financial Services with Kalispell Regional Medical Center.Don is a graduate of the University of Montana with a B.S. in Business Finance and Economics. He’s a former President of the Montana Healthcare Financial Management Association and a graduate of both Leadership Flathead and Leadership Missoula. As Chief Revenue Officer, Don leads Inland Imaging’s revenue cycle management, reimbursement, and patient billing teams.
Maegan Moore
Maegan Moore currently serves on the Executive Management Team at Specialized Collection Systems as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining Specialized Collection Systems, she was the Marketing and Physician Relations Director for a national hospital-based radiology group. Maegan continues to volunteer and serve on a variety of RBMA committees. Over her tenure, she has served on the RBMA marketing subcommittee for 3 years, acted as Secretary for Texas RBMA for 1 year, and was the President of Texas RBMA for 2 years. She has been a presenter for SPARK, as well as Rad Marketers Live. She currently serves as the Chair for the Chapter Committee and co-hosts the Annual Chapter Leaders Retreat, Quarterly Chapter Leader Lunchbreaks, and bi-monthly Chapter Consortium Webinars. In 2018 she was extremely honored to receive the ‘Young Professionals’ award for her efforts in advocating and advancing the radiology industry while in her previous role. She has participated several years in RBMA’s LEARN conference and efforts, walking the corridors of the House and the Senate to advocate for patient and physician rights, which she is very passionate about.
Julie Szeker, JD
Julie is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for US Radiology Specialists, a partnership of leading sub-specialized radiology groups, high-quality imaging centers and health systems built around a commitment to best-in-class clinical excellence, operations, infrastructure, and state-of-the-art technology. She advises executive leaders and the Board on a range of business issues, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, healthcare regulatory matters, compliance, risk management, equity and debt financing, corporate governance, ESG and other general corporate matters. She serves as corporate secretary and leads legal services, risk management and insurance and government relations. Julie has almost 20 years of healthcare legal experience, both in-house and in law firm settings. She joined Charlotte Radiology, US Radiology’s initial platform radiology practice as chief administrative officer and general counsel in 2013 and transitioned to general counsel for US Radiology at its inception in 2018. She has provided executive leadership over human resources, compliance, quality, and risk. Previously, Julie served as associate general counsel for Carolinas HealthCare System (subsequently Atrium Health and now Advocate Health) and practiced in the Private Equity/M&A Group at Kennedy Covington (now K&L Gates). She earned a JD from the University of Michigan and was a Morehead-Cain Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a BA in Political Science and in Economics.
ACR Director
Elaine Lewis, MD, FACR

Dr. Elaine Lewis is the board’s new ACR director responsible for communication and coordination between the RBMA and ACR. Dr. Lewis joined West Reading Radiology Associates following her fellowship in 1990. She currently serves as chair of the department of radiology at Reading Hospital and is a member of the Council Steering Committee for the American College of Radiology (ACR).
