The 2024 RBMA A/R Survey is Now Open For Participation!

The RBMA Data Committee is excited to announce the 2024 A/R Survey is open for data collection. The survey will collect FY 2023 data and will be open through August 5, 2024.

The RBMA Accounts Receivable Performance Survey compiles key statistics such as days in A/R, write-off percentages, bad debt recovery, and billing/collection costs. Significant updates and changes have been made to the survey based on valuable member feedback. 

Additionally, resources have been prepared to assist you in completing the survey.
