Registration is now open for the 2026 RBMA Mid-Atlantic Chapter Meeting! Join us September 17–18, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Annapolis in historic Annapolis, Maryland, for two days of timely education, meaningful networking, and valuable conversations with colleagues from across the region.

Attendee cancellation policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to the conference will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 15–29 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the conference or for no-shows.
Registration substitutions may be made at no additional charge through 48 hours prior to the conference by providing written notice. The RBMA Mid-Atlantic Chapter reserves the right to review requests for refunds due to documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
