PLATINUM SPONSOR + EXHIBITOR - $2,000
First choice of location of Exhibit Table outside the meeting room, 10 minute per day presentation to all attendees, Full page company logo on all event communications, and mention of your sponsorship on all event reminders and notifications. Unlimited participants/attendee slots at the meeting
GOLD SPONSOR + EXHIBITOR - $1,500
Exhibit Table outside the meeting room, ½ page company logo on all event communications, and mention of your sponsorship on all event reminders and notifications. 4 participant/attendee slots at the meeting.
SILVER SPONSOR - $1,000
1/4 page company logo on all event communications and mention of your sponsorship on all event reminders and notifications. 2 participant/attendee slots at the meeting.
MEAL SPONSOR - $500
Lunch will be provided on both days. Breakfast will be provided on September 29th. Meal sponsors will be listed in all event reminders and communications and mentioned during the meeting as a meal sponsor.
COFFEE AND SNACK SPONSOR - $250
Coffee and Snacks will be provided on both days. Coffee and Snack sponsors will be listed in all event reminders and communications and mentioned during the meeting as a sponsor.
GENERAL SPONSORSHIP –STARTING AT $100
If none of the above sponsorships meet your contribution needs, we will gladly accept all donations to the state chapter. We thank you in advance for your support! Your name will appear in our list of sponsors and will be mentioned in meeting breaks. To add this option - select the general sponsorship above, and then use the Contribution Add option to contribute additional funds in increments of $50 (for example, to add an additional $100, you would select a quantity of 2).
