• October - March 2026  Mentorship, Case Studies, Shadowing RBMA Committees, and Capstone Project Development

•  April 12-15, 2026  Attend 2026 PaRADigm (Championsgate, Fla.) 

• May 2026  Submit Final Cohort Evaluation, PaRADigm and Capstone debrief meeting
