(Required Course) This course reviews the design and administration of compensation and benefit plans for a radiology practice. It discusses how to use survey data, analytics and market intelligence to determine appropriate levels. This program also discusses how to determine salary levels and ranges utilizing grading systems and job evaluation systems. Compensation and benefit programs for all levels of employees, as well as independent contractors, will be reviewed. The use of budgets and benchmarks to monitor these plans is explained, as well as the best practices for administration of the compensation and benefit plans.
