(Required Course) This course describes the strategic level activities and responsibilities of the human resources manager in a radiology practice. It discusses how to use the mission and vision statements to determine staffing and management of the people in the organization, as well as using organizational values, goals and strategies to develop personnel policies and procedures. The student will also learn how to work as an effective member of the executive team educating and advising the other members on key HR issues.
