With a cross-functional lens, this session led by Caroline Leger will explore how AI is influencing not only marketing strategy but operations, staffing, and patient expectations. Caroline has made it her mission to study how radiology organizations are applying AI, and she’ll walk us through real examples and reflections that go far beyond buzzwords.

Small groups will reflect on where marketing and operations must collaborate to solve shared problems. Prompts will help teams connect the dots between sessions and identify action items to explore post-conference.
