The recent elections have consequential impacts on business, tax, and health care policies. We’ll take a look at what could happen during the lame duck session and assess what a new President and Congressional majority could focus on in 2025. The cybersecurity portion will discuss the current threat landscape in healthcare including cyber-attacks in 2024, and an emphasis on the importance of risk mitigation, user education, and planning to protect organization. Finally, we will wrap up the session with year-end and tax planning strategies as we focus on year-end to-dos with the impending sunset of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
