	How to Enter Categories Judges & Judging Criteria 2007 Quest Award Winners Registration Closed

REQUIREMENTS:
Participation is open to members and non-members of the Radiology Business Management Association. All entries MUST have been produced during the time period of January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.

DEADLINE:
All applications must be postmarked not later than March 17, 2008. All applicants will be responsible for transporting their entries to the Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs seminar where the judging will occur.

Entries must arrive in Austin, Texas, no later than 12:00 pm, April 2, 2008.

RECOGNITION OF AWARDS:
Awards will be presented on Thursday, April 3, 2008, following the last session of the Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs Seminar.

Winners should be present to accept their winning awards.

FEE:
Complimentary for RBMA Members
$75 per entry, per category, for non-members

SUBMISSIONS:

1. Completed the online entry form by March 17, 2008. Submit one entry per category. You may not submit the same entry for multiple categories.
2. Mounted entries on a black 20” x 15”presentation board.
3. Include a short narrative of no more than one page describing:
   1. Strategic objective
   2. Any particular challenges faced
   3. Research done to obtain the “solution”
   4. Results achieved
   5. How success was measured/tracked
   6. Budget considerations – cost/benefit
4. Ship or carry each entry to the Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs seminar by April 2, 2008, 12 noon.

1. Winning entries will be announced at an awards ceremony concluding the first day of Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs on April 3, 2008.
2. Winning entries will receive a beautiful award that may be displayed at their radiology business practice.
