W. Kenneth Davis, Jr., JD is a partner in the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and provides counsel for physicians, ancillary service companies and other types of healthcare businesses. He has been involved during the structuring, growth and ongoing operations of new businesses, joint ventures and other relationships aimed at integrating and improving the efficacy of the healthcare process. His work has included initial business model development, analysis of regulatory and reimbursement issues, various types of financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly provides healthcare compliance counsel.
Richard Duszak Jr., MD, FACR chairs the American College of Radiology’s Coding and Nomenclature Committee and serves as ACR Director on the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB). Currently an AMA CPT Advisor, Dr. Duszak is Editor-in-Chief of Clinical Examples in Radiology and Associate Editor of the Journal of the American College of Radiology. Recognized by Best Doctors in America and America’s Top Radiologists, Dr. Duszak speaks nationally and has authored over 75 publications. He practices diagnostic and interventional with Mid-South Imaging and Therapeutics in Memphis, Tennessee.
Melanie Haymond, BSRT is a senior level strategist with a strong technical background, high level management experience, competitive industry proven sales/marketing experience, a solid understanding of physician need, experienced with the press, key message and advertising development skills. It is from this experience that she has been recognized within her profession as one of the leading diagnostic imaging marketing consultants. Prior to her developing her consulting practice, Melanie worked as the Marketing Director, for EPIC Imaging in Portland Oregon and Inland Imaging in Spokane Washington.
Liz Jazwiec is a nationally renowned speaker and consultant who has shared her passion for customer service and employee satisfaction with more than 500 audiences across the country. A longtime hospital officer who helped raise service scores at Chicago, Illinois’ Holy Cross Hospital from the 5th to the 99th percentile in just a few years, her work as vice president of patient care and as the director of emergency services was one of the key reasons Holy Cross won Fortune Magazine’s Enterprise Award for Best Business Practices in 1996. Ms. Jazwiec received her Registered Nurse and her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University.

Wendy Lomers, CPA, MBA administrative director for Radiology Associates of San Antonio, is responsible for strategic planning and management of a multi-hospital based practice as well as nine wholly owned imaging centers. The practice is wholly owned by 14 shareholder radiologists and has a staff of 24 subspecialty trained radiologists. Ms. Lomers has served on the RBMA Board as a Southern Regional Director and is currently serving as a member of the RBMA Finance and Membership Committees, along with RBMA's Managed Care Task Force. She is past president of Texas RBMA Affiliate.
Kim Longeteig has over 12 years experience in marketing, advertising and graphic design. Previously working as the Director of Marketing for two outpatient imaging facilities in Washington state and in California, she is now based on the Big Island of Hawaii where she operates her own company, Ali`i Marketing & Design. Ms. Longeteig specializes in providing independent graphic design and marketing consulting services specific to radiology and healthcare companies. She is actively involved in the RBMA, has served as the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee, and is currently the Chairperson of the Educational Products & Materials Committee.
Nicole L. Palmer, CPA began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells after graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has spent the last 17 years working primarily with radiology groups on the effective financial management of their practices, billing operations improvement and facilitating and providing project management for radiology group joint ventures and mergers. During her career Ms. Palmer has worked with a large national vendor that provided practice management services to radiology practices, several large regional multi-office, multi-modality radiology practices, and consulting firms that provided services primarily to radiology practices. In 2004, Ms. Palmer joined MSN, a regional practice management company that has most of its client base in the Southeastern United States. Ms. Palmer is also a very active member of the RBMA serving on several committees and as a past Board member of this organization.
Worth M. Saunders, MHA, FACHE serves as chief administrative officer for Mid-South Imaging & Therapeutics, PA., a large sub-specialized radiology practice based in Memphis, Tennessee. He has over fifteen years of experience in physician practice management, imaging center operations management and new business development. Mr. Saunders is active in the RBMA and currently serves as Chair of the Payor Relations Committee and as President of the Tennessee Chapter of the RBMA.

Richard Townley, MBA is president and CEO of AGI Healthcare. He has 30 years of experience in finance, business planning, acquisitions/divestures, operations, marketing/sales, P/L and board of director responsibility. Prior to founding AGI in 1991, he served as chief executive of industrial and healthcare businesses ranging from $60 million - $100 million and served as CFO/VP of Business Development of a $900 million industrial and healthcare company. His educational background includes a B.S. and M.B.A., with advanced training in areas such as total quality management, sales/marketing and team building/effectiveness.
Joseph P. White, CPA, MBA is a healthcare principal at LarsonAllen, specializes in serving physician groups and healthcare systems. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting, tax and assurance services in the healthcare field. He is also adjunct faculty at the University of St. Thomas teaching in The Center for Health and Medical Affairs, the Physician Leadership College and the Mini-MBA in Medical Group Management. Vicki Wisecup is the physician liaison for Quantum Radiology, P.C. in Georgia with 41 radiologists. In 2006 she received the Quantum Radiology “Gold Medal” honoring her six years of achievement with the group. She works directly with seven Board Directors, is on the Compliance Committee, Physician Recruitment Committee and is the web site administrator.
