Catherine Baumgardner, BSBA, MHA, FACHE has worked in the senior levels of healthcare management for almost 20 years.  She helps leadership build a strong service foundation through sound strategy, measurement and accountabilities, so that the cultural change will last into the future.  Her approach is personable and focused on teaching the tools, so that the product delivered is integrated into the organization. Ms. Baumgardner has served as faculty and presenter for many healthcare societies and associations and has published several articles.

Devin Colvin, MBA  is the vice president of marketing for iAtrogenix, a company that provides a referral management system for imaging centers He received his MBA from Arizona State University with a concentration in service marketing. In addition to working for iAtrogenix, he has also worked on marketing projects for Cartier, AT&T, UPS and numerous other companies. 

Bobbie De Los Santos, ARRT (R) (M) CNMT has twenty four years of experience in radiology. She has held the title of Director of Marketing for the past 12 years for Radiology Associates of San Antonio P.A.. She is a multi-registered radiology technologist, including radiography, mammography, and Nuclear Medicine. Her tenure responsibilities include: Imaging Center Management, New Center Cevelopment and Construction, Information System Administrator, Staff Technologist, and Director of Marketing. Ms. De Los Santos has successfully implemented market expansion plans for Radiology Associates of San Antonio P.A. under the direction and guidance of Wendy Lomers, Administrative Director. Ms. De Los Santos serves on the Board of Directors for the Bexar County Medical Society Foundation and the Mexican American Hispanic Physicians Association.

W. Kenneth Davis, Jr., JD, is a partner in the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and provides counsel for physicians, ancillary service companies and other types of health care businesses. He has been involved during the structuring, growth and ongoing operations of new businesses, joint ventures and other relationships aimed at integrating and improving the efficacy of the health care process.  His work has included initial business model development, analysis of regulatory and reimbursement issues, various types of financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly provides healthcare compliance counsel. 

Martin Farrell began his career in radiology as a part time data entry clerk in the billing department of RVD Scanning Centers, a subsidiary of Fonar Corporation (the first manufacturer of the MRI machine).  Throughout his 10 years at Fonar, he worked his way up through a variety of positions, learning the many intricate aspects of the diagnostic imaging business.  In 2002 he left Fonar to start Epic Management Group, a radiology consulting and management company.

Melanie Haymond, BSRT is a senior level strategist with a strong technical background. As one of the leading diagnostic imaging marketing consultants, Ms. Haymond has had high level management experience. A proven sales and marketing and advertisement development track record, and press experience. Prior to her developing her consulting practice, Ms. Haymond worked as the marketing director, for EPIC Imaging in Portland Oregon and Inland Imaging in Spokane Washington.

Curtis Kauffman-Pickelle is the president and CEO of the Imaging Center Institute. His professional experience also includes strategic planning and marketing consulting. He is the founding publisher and editor of Imaging Economics.

Terri Langhans is the author of the book The 7 Marketing Mistakes Every Business Makes (And How to Fix Them), and the former CEO of a national ad agency and marketing consulting firm, First Strategic Group, that she created,  grew, and profitably sold to a publicly held company in the late 80s. She "retired" from that company in 1999. Her 20-plus years of experience includes everything from retail to non-profits to government work. Ms. Langhans is currently the COE (Chief of Everything) at Blah Blah Blah Etc., Inc., her speaking and training business. She earned professional member status in the National Speakers Association the first year she joined.

Kim Longeteig has over 12 years experience in marketing, advertising and graphic design, Previously working as the director of marketing for two outpatient imaging facilities in Washington state and in California, she is now based on the Big Island of Hawaii where she operates her own company, Ali`i Marketing & Design. Ms. Longeteig specializes in providing independent graphic design and marketing consulting services specific to radiology and healthcare companies.
Kim is actively involved in the RBMA and has served as the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee and is now the Chairperson of the new Products & Materials Committee.

Ann Maloley, MBA is a consultant with Barlow/McCarthy, a firm that provides counsel to healthcare organizations in the area of hospital-physician relationships. She has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing strategy and physician relations. Most recently she guided the marketing communications efforts for a premier academic medical center and was recognized by the corporate owner for developing an innovative marketing program. Ms. Maloley has published articles and conducted national presentations on unique marketing and physician relations initiatives.
