Speaker Profile

Susan Gregg, CMPE, RCC, CHBME has over 25 years of management experience in healthcare. She is CEO of Shared Management Services (SMS), a billing and management company for physician practices.

Susan received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Susan serves on RBMA's Education Committee, the American College of Radiology's Managed Care Network, the Oklahoma Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee and Oklahoma Medicare Provider Communication Advisory Group and serves as RBMA's liaison to the RCCB.

Susan is a national speaker at professional and technology conferences and a published author in business literature on various compliance, accounts receivable, practice and risk management topics. Her professional associations include the MGMA, ACMPE, HBMA, and RBMA, where she previously served as President.

A native of Oklahoma, Susan has extensive experience in preparing for both natural and man-made disasters.
