Joseph P. White, CPA, MBA, is a principal for LarsonAllen specializing in serving physician groups and individual physicians. He has over 20 years experience in auditing, tax, financial planning and business consulting in the health care area. He is the healthcare leader of consulting, audit, accounting, and tax services for physician practices for Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co., LLP. Mr. White graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1982 and received his bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting and his Masters degree in business from the University of St. Thomas in 2001. He is also on faculty at the University of St. Thomas teaching in The Center for Health and Medical Affairs, the Physician Leadership College and the Mini-MBA in Medical Group Management. Mr. White is a licensed CPA and is a member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Minnesota Medical Group Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Health Care Financial Management Association. He has also been named as a “Super CPA” by Twin Cities Business Monthly and Minnesota Law & Politics.
