Beginning July 1, 2007, radiologists can begin to submit quality data codes on their claims that if reported successfully, could be translated into a bonus payment in 2008. Dr. Susan Nedza from the Special Program Office for Value Based Purchasing at CMS, will discuss the basics of the program, the codes available for use in radiology practices, and walk through the nuts and bolts of successful participation and data submission through the claims process.
