Agency Discount 15%:

Agency commission will be given to accredited agencies on display advertising space and position. Other charges are not commissionable.

Deadlines and Payment

Payment must accompany your insertion order. For automatic continuation of your ad, please send payment prior to the closing date the next issue. All ads are subject to RBMA approval.

Other Specifications

All ads must include a company contact phone number, in addition to any other company contact information, such as Web site address or mailing address.

Electronic File Requirements:

Acceptable files include high-resolution PDF, EPS, or TIFF only; 300 dpi or higher; QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, or InDesign files, accompanied by all supporting images and fonts.
