Exhibitor Art Walk
Find a Piece of San Antonio in the Exhibit Hall

Drive traffic to your booth by investing $25 in a piece of San Antonio! Exhibitors may purchase an "image" of San Antonio that will be graphically framed and may be displayed at your booth. Each attendee will receive an image as well. Attendees will be encouraged to travel the Exhibit Hall seeking the image that matches their own. When they find a match, the exhibitor holding the image will present the attendee with a promotional item that will serve as a reminder to attendees of your company.

Add the Exhibitor Art Walk to your order when applying for booth space. If you choose to play, please make sure the attending company representative is aware and supplied with appropriate prizes.

Conference Registration Lists — Exhibitors Only*

Promote your company and/or products...before the show.

Promotion, promotion, promotion can override location, location, location. Pre-show promotions are important traffic generators. Sixty-five percent of your leads will be generated from your pre-show promotion effort. RBMA offers a pre-registration mailing list for a direct mail approach.

Use this opportunity to attract conference attendees to your booth, pre-set appointments or create leads.

After the show is over, keep in touch with attendees. A post-conference mailing list will be available after the conference for follow-up. Purchase both sets before the conference at a combined discounted rate.

Show Specials, Drawings and Giveaways

If you are a conference exhibitor, consider offering specials good only on purchases made during the conference. Specials could include discount pricing or free shipping. Drive traffic to your booth by offering a drawing during or after the show. Don't forget to advertise your promotion using direct mail or e-flashes before arriving at the show. Please note: Drawing winners will no longer be announced in the Exhibit Hall. Be sure and collect attendee contact information to notify the winner of your drawing after the show.

Mailing List

Direct mail continues to be an effective way to deliver your message. Rent the RBMA membership mailing list and gain access to industry buyers.

All correspondence must be approved by RBMA. Please supply a sample of the item you wish to send at the time you place your order. RBMA will send you our opt-in mailing list as an Excel spreadsheet.

E-Flash

The quickest way to connect with potential customers is to send a message via the Internet. Provide an html file and let RBMA distribute your message to our opt-in mailing list.

All correspondence must be approved by RBMA. Allow a minimum 24-hour turnaround time. A proof will be sent to you prior to distribution to RBMA members.

Corporate Partner Directory Hyperlink

All Corporate Partners will be listed in the RBMA Corporate Partner Directory with a company description and with the ability to search for vendors by service. Consider upgrading your listing to include a hyperlink to your company Web site. Potential customers have immediate access to your products and services.
