All vendors offering giveaways and wishing to announce the winners publicly must pre-reserve their announcement time on the exhibitor booth application. With longer exhibit hours and the new 20-minute educational clips taking place in the Exhibit Hall, announcement time is limited. There will by three opportunities each afternoon to make an announcement. Vendors who do not pre-reserve their time will be responsible for contacting the winners on their own, or can post the winners on the RBMA message board in the registration area.
