Complete the online conference registration form and include your credit card information for payment online. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Your credit card will be charged and you will receive a summary of your transaction immediately.

Complete the online conference registration form and choose your payment option.  After you submit the registration form, you will receive a summary of your transaction. Print out that summary and fax with your credit card information.

GUEST RECEPTION ONLY REGISTRATION
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the Guest Reception Only registration category. Each Guest registrant must be the guest of a full conference registrant; Guests cannot register on their own. Guest Reception Only registration includes Sunday evening Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Monday evening reception in the Exhibit Hall. If a guest wishes to attend any educational programming, breaks in the exhibit hall or networking luncheons, s/he must register for the full conference.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR ATTENDEES

Deadline to make hotel reservations at the Las Vegas Hilton and receive the special RBMA rate (based on availability). You will receive a code to use when reserving your hotel room in your registration confirmation letter.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter in PDF format will be e-mailed to your e-mail address. Please allow up to five business days for registration processing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be sent in writing. If written notification is postmarked by April 18, 2008, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee will be made. No refunds will be made after April 18 2008. If you are unable to attend and you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, written notification is required. No refunds or cancellations for events requiring additional fees will be made after April 18, 2008.
