Six Sigma for Dummies: Using Process Improvement Techniques to Improve Denial Rates

Six sigma is a well known process improvement method used by many Fortune 500 companies as well as many premier healthcare institutions. This session will present the basics of the six sigma method using the topic of denial management to illustrate the appropriate tools. Participants will be introduced to the basic six sigma toolset and will use the topic/process of denial management in team break-outs to gain hands-on experience using the tools.
