GUEST RECEPTION ONLY REGISTRATION
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the Guest Reception Only registration category. Each Guest registrant must be the guest of a full conference registrant; Guests cannot register on their own. Guest Reception Only registration includes Sunday evening Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Monday evening reception in the Exhibit Hall. If a guest wishes to attend any educational programming, breaks in the Exhibit Hall or networking luncheons, s/he must register for the full conference.

Deadline to make hotel reservations at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa and receive the special RBMA rate (based on availability). You will receive a code to use when reserving your hotel room in your registration confirmation letter.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter in PDF format will be e-mailed to your e-mail address. Please allow up to five business days for registration processing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be sent in writing. If written notification is postmarked by September 27, 2009, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee will be made. No refunds will be made after September 27, 2009. If you are unable to attend and you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, written notification is required. No refunds or cancellations for events requiring additional fees will be made after September 27, 2009.
