Leadership
A not-for-profit organization, RBMA is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by various committees. The officers of RBMA are elected annually by the Board of Directors at the Radiology Summit in the spring.
Committees focus on specific objectives. Appointments can be up to three years commencing at the Radiology Summit. Current committees include of Academic, Finance, Communications, Chapters, Bylaw, Coding Subcommittee, Programs, E-media Subcommittee, Editorial Advisory Subcommittee, Educational Products and Materials, Executive, Data Collection and Reporting, Imaging Center Subcommittee, Marketing Subcommittee, Membership, Nominating, Payor Relations, Physicians & Administrators, and Liaisons.
An in-house staff manages RBMA. Led by the Executive Director, staff positions include Marketing Director, Education Director, Meetings Director, Membership Directory, Research Associate, Membership Assistant, Education Assistant, Meetings Assistant, Production Assistant, and Receptionist/Office Assistant and RBMA Bulletin Editor.
