Radiology Coding Mechanics Course
Our coding update course includes an overview of newly released codes for 2012, compliance and reimbursement information that will focus on the needs of both hospital based and free standing practices and coding instructions for a variety of modalities. Any individual who is directly responsible or involved in the coding of imaging procedures or submitting claims for reimbursement should plan to attend. An RBMA Radiology Coding Mechanics Course is the best way to prepare for any coding questions, issues or challenges that may arise.
At the end of this session, the attendee should be able to:
- Explain the new radiology codes and updated coding instructions.
- Identify compliance and reimbursement regulations.
This seminar will relay the knowledge needed to submit accurate claims and receive appropriate, optimum reimbursement.
Curriculum
This one-day comprehensive seminar will present authoritative, up-to-date and accurate information on proper coding, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology. The participants will glean a better understanding of imaging procedures and how they are performed.
