The RBMA Accounts Receivable Performance Survey compiles key statistics such as days in A/R, write-off percentages, bad debt recovery, and billing/collection costs. Significant updates and changes have been made to the survey based on valuable member feedback. 

Additionally, resources have been prepared to assist you in completing the survey.
